We have a zero-tolerance policy towards infringement and have successfully defended our rights in multiple cases. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or sale of our patented technology and registered designs will result in legal action.

Successful Enforcement Cases

We actively monitor and take action against companies that attempt to copy or misuse our intellectual property. Here are some recent examples of successful enforcement:

  • Case 1: AliExpress – Multiple listings were found selling products that violated our intellectual property, using our imagery, content, and keywords to promote counterfeit versions.
    Result: All listings were removed, and the product factory was issued an official notice. Further violations will result in severe legal action
  • Case 2: TEMU – Several copycat products were marketed using our protected content, branding, and designs.
    Result: All listings were taken down, and the product factory was formally cautioned. Repeat offenders will face legal consequences.
  • Case 3: DHGate – Numerous listings were found selling unauthorised copies of our patented products, infringing on our trademarks and intellectual property rights.
    Result: All listings were removed, and the product factory received a formal warning. Continued violations will lead to further enforcement measures.

These cases send a clear message—we will not tolerate intellectual property theft and will take decisive legal action to protect our brand and innovations.
