Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please also include your proof of purchase and order number so we can process your return quickly. And send to our Head Office address. 

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund. This could apply if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to an error on our part.

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns after the 30-day period.

Refunds 

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will contact you by email to confirm its arrival and advise whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account again.

You may then wish to contact your credit card provider, as it can take some time for refunds to be officially posted. Your bank may also require a few working days to process the transaction.

Sale items 

Please note that we are only able to offer refunds on regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges 

We are only able to offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you believe your item qualifies, please email us at hello@muddaddy.com and then send the item to the address below. We will be happy to assist with a replacement of the same item where appropriate.

Gifts

We can only issue refunds to the original purchaser of the item. If the original purchaser had the item delivered to themselves before gifting it to you, the return will be processed as a standard refund to the original payment method. Only the original purchaser will receive the refund and will be notified of the return.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable. 

For items valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
